VISION LEPROSY • 100% Ulcer free leprosy cured group in our target area. • To fulfill the need of Re-constructive surgery (RCS) for all needy persons in six domestic Districts of Tamilnadu – Salem, Namakkal, Erode, Coimbatore, Dharmapuri and Krishnagiri. TUBERCULOSIS: No one affected with Tuberculosis in our target area. MISSION LEPROSY • Regular screening camps to select persons for RCS with the help of Office of the DDLs of six Districts mentioned earlier. • To provide regular pre-operative, sessions of RCS, post operative physiotherapy for the selected persons. • To follow the persons underwent RCS as per the DPMR guidelines. • To provide POD kits for the needy persons and teach them self care practices. • To admit and treat persons with ulcer as in-patient in our hospital TUBERCULOSIS • Continuous case detection • Provision of DOTS • Periodic Follow-up • Completion of treatment • To convince default cases for further treatment • To admit and treat as in-patient if needed
